Can you exercise and eat what you want within a limit and STILL lose weight

    Yes as long as calories in are less than calories use.

    Opinion: Eating right is 90% of the battle.
    Log what you eat, and stay within your calories.

    I normally try and fuel myself according to how I train. More calories in for more training. But in terms of weight loss, less cals in than burned is the goal. I usually stay below 2K daily regardless of training now. I'm trying to get lean so I eat much less and focus more on needs than wants in cal terms.
