Slowly but surely!

Hello all, I'm Sean from Michigan. Ive been working out for years without ever addressing my diet. Always trying to gain lean muscle but I've hit a plateau at 200lb.. I'm hoping tuning in the diet will help.
I started my journey at 135lb. and began working out to kick my 'bullies' butts lol. Nowadays I'm just focused on being the best Me I can be, as I've found there will always be bullies in some form or another...and the only way to be truly happy is to be good to my Family, Friends and Self.
