Just getting 'restarted'... a year ago I lost 40lbs- then 'celebrated' reaching my "1/2" way goal with a 13 month "binge"... needless to say- I gained it ALL back + 20lbs... I remember feeling so much better exercising and eating healthier, I really want to get back to that point again. I'm doing Ellen Barrett Yoga/Pilates type videos and have just started The Bow Flex Max Trainer 5 ( I'm so out of shape can only do 5 minutes..so far ...will have to build up to the "14 min" that they advertise.) I also have Idiopathic Cardio Myopathy & Sleep Apnea, I'm really hoping that shedding 100lbs will help those conditions as well as just plain feeling better. Any recommendations on the "proper" way to do this are appreciated. I'm just kinda winging it...eat less-move more-if it's white--it's not right (sugar-flour-bread-potatoes-rice-pasta-etc) No processed- if nature didn't make it that way-don't put it in your mouth! Kinda an Atkins/Paleo type thing...Thanks in advance for any advice... if any one is available to be an accountability partner/sponsor type thing I think that might be helpful too !

Hi I just ordered the max trainer and decided to use myfitnesspal since it will sync the exercises to the app. Have you still been the partial 14 minute workout everyday? I'm interested how the exercise is logged in this app if you don't complete it. Can you show me a graph from the app that displays your progress?0
