Hello,
I have been an RN on night shift since 2007. Since this January I have been attempting to lose some weight. I have found that hydroxycut is good for keeping me awake with my lousy sleeping schedule and curbs my appetite. Anyone else ever try it?

I have not but I'm thinking about it. I too am a night shift nurse. We work 12 hour shifts and I eat horrible. I just got my nursing license a year and a half ago, I thought with all the walking and busyness of it that I would lose weight. I have actually gained.0
