High calorie foods that aren't processed AT ALL

I'm looking for some high calorie, unprocessed foods! I'm a very busy bee so can anyone recommended me something that will take no more then 5 min to prep!

I already know of peanut sandwich with bananas, almonds, or walnuts.

Keep the gristle on your grilled steak. Ribeye has the highest fat content per oz.

Avocado - for added fat, drizzle a little olive oil on it
    Full fat dairy
    Eggs
    Fattier cuts of meat

Is there a particular process that you're trying to avoid? The term "unprocessed" is used in a lot of different ways.

For example, if we look at your sandwich example, some people don't eat bread b/c it's processed. Or sometimes they'll eat bread they make, but only if they grind their own flour. It's still a process, but it's acceptable b/c they have control over it.

Generally speaking, foods with higher percentages of fats will have more calories. Fats provide 2x+ the amount of calories as proteins or carbs per gram. Try some homemade guacamole.

Avocado, Steak (nice medium rare takes about 8 minutes per side with the grill on med high). Throw together you own balsamic vinaigrette...couple Tbsp of olive oil, 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, and 1/2 tsp Dijon...makes two servings and takes about 30 seconds. Trail mix...pre-make some grains like quinoa or something..about 170 calories per serving...Cheese, full fat dairy, etc, etc, etc.

Intentionally consuming animal fat isn’t advisable. All of the toxins that animal comes across are stored in the fat. And that’s passed on to you if you eat it. icky.

Good luck with that, most high cal things that I'd normally recommend would be processed ie full fat dairy, nuts/nut butters, olive oil etc

Go get some peanut butter where they only ingredient is peanuts. Go and find some local jelly that is "organic" or just clean. Peanut butter and jelly together rocks my world.

    Care to elaborate what toxins?

Thank you! I love nuts and seeds so I'll probably make my own portioned trail mix.

Good luck, food is made almost entirely out of chemicals.

But seriously - YEs. Animals. Some people feel 'organic grass fed beef' is the only way to eat beef. Okay, BUt it's also a very expensive way to eat beef...

My favorite source of non-animal fat is coconut oil or macadamia nuts.

I like to make these once a week...
    http://thefitchen.com/2013/06/16/raw-energy-bars-raw-vegan-gluten-free-dairy-free/

Instead of forming it into bars I like to use a 1/2 tbs. measuring spoon to portion and roll out about 45 ball shapes. Each ball has about 85 calories with 2 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein.
The great thing about this recipe is that you just store it in the freezer, so you can just grab a few for a snack when you're in a hurry!

The toxinz. This is why I avoid plants because toxinz are in the soil and water and then the plants eat the soil and drinks the water and store the toxinz in their icky vegetative flesh.

I would suggest organic full fat yogurt and cheese, avocado, salmon, nuts, bananas with natural nut butters, dried fruit
Saute veggies in olive or coconut oil, etc.

You could even make your own granola bars with oats, nuts/seeds, honey, etc. There are tons of recipes online.

Thank you! I found this recipe for Parmesan baked tomatoes that I'm going to try :)

    raw avocado
    raw almonds
    olive oil

ETA: Whoops! Cross off olive oil, it's processed. Sorry, I generally cook/process all my foods. But avocado is my favorite high calorie raw food.

    Here we go.

eat whatever you want, its a basic human right.

That is just one scientific researched issue that's hot right now. The toxins we consume are stored in our fat as well. Some people who are interested in increasing their fat intake may want to know that might be an issue for them. toxins are everywhere, im not saying they are only here or there. Its basically unavoidable. I'm just saying. Whats in your meat fat might be more harmfull than previously realized. That's the way these things go generally.

Make Crema de Pollo.. there is a good recipe for it on allrecipies.com I think. High calories and made out of all basic ingredients. It'll take more like 30 minutes to make though.. but it is SOOOO worth it. Don't skimp on the paprika..

Edit: You can put it on a flour tortilla or it's great with refried beans (aka boiled/mashed pinto beans with some seasonings), and rice... I've got Crema de Pollo leftover in my fridge taunting me... as I don't have the calories to eat it today.
