Has anyone got any diet plans that have all your weekly nutrition around 2000 calories i want to lose weight and be healthy thanks

I eat a healthy Mediterranean diet, slightly modified to include a little grass fed beef. I also prefer grains as grains over bread. I am not much into alcohol, although the diet includes wine in moderation. I've lost 10+ lbs this year. I lost 6 of them this month alone by strictly documenting in MFP and kicking up the exercise.0
