Log Strength Training Calories

I wear a HRM during my entire workouts(generally 1/2 hour cardio, 1/2 hour strength). Do you log calories burned during strength training or do you stop you HRM after cardio? Just curious how others are tracking and using their HRMs.

    I don't track my strength training or cardio. I just enter with 1 calorie burned and enter the time performed.
