Looking to add supportive friends in east Texas or elsewhere

I'm about to celebrate my 47th birthday on April 1. I'm a male with a great wife and family who are generally supportive. My brother (52) who lives on the east coast is on this journey as well. I'm 6ft tall and weight 270. I'd like to lose 90 lbs over the next year.

I am technically prediabetic and both parents are/were diabetic. I have a lot to be concerned by and need to get to a healthy weight. My wife deserves better than this too!

If anyone would like to add me for support, I would appreciate it.

    You've got this!!! There will be some really great days, and some days you struggle, but we ALL go through it! 90lbs in a year is absolutely attainable if you stay disciplined! I believe in you!
