I guess I can't say I'm new to the app because I downloaded it years ago but I just started really trying to educate myself with what I'm actually eating. My current goal is to maintain a good "fight shape" which for me is to maintain my current weight while really building cardio and working on strength but mostly muscles involved in helping build rotation and momentum to generate that power. I run 5k's for fun and really enjoy all this fitness stuff. Anyway I could always use some motivation from peers or people who can give me advice when things start to slow down. Thanks!
