Will be 35 years old

I will be 35 years old in 1 week and I am not satisfied with the way my body looks at all. I am trying to make surgery be the last resort if this does not work.

If you follow this through and be patient surgery won't even be a consideration. Set goals and o your best to folw through. Don't get frustrated when the scale doesn't go your way and don't beat yourself up when you have a bad day. We all do. It's all part of the process
