Does anyone use any vitamins or safe supplements to control appetite or boost metabolism? I'm exercising 6 days a week and want to try some sort of supplement to help cut weight

No, not really. Caffeine is probably the safest for most people, but I wouldn't get it in some sort of pill. And its effects are pretty minor.0

Almost nothing safely boosts metabolism to an appreciable amount.0 -
the only thing that MAY help with appetite suppression and a small thermogenic effect would be caffeine and other relatable stimulants.
IMO they aren't worth the money and the effect is not enough to justify the anxiety/cold sweats they bring on.0 -
Safe? Sure.
Effective for weight loss? No.0 -
