New (again)

Hi. I've been back on MFP for a week after not logging on in about five years. That was when we had a biggest loser challenge at work and I lost 23 pounds in three months and won. After that I took off another twenty, but ten of that has crept back in and even my daily workouts haven't done much to change the weight or inches, so I decided to start logging my food diary. I found out that I end up short on protein and over on sugars every day! Like way over. I can't do without sugar in my coffee so I might have to...sniff...give up coffee. I also eat too many (justifiable) snacks and need to do a better job of identifying my hunger. Good luck to all. Hope to see less of you. :)
