Hey everyone. My goal is to tone and tighten my body. I'm content with my shape, just want to be more sculpted. HOWEVER I do not eat a lot. I cannot do the whole 5-7 meals a day. I just joined MFP 3 days ago and I'm literally logging in everything I eat, and I noticed that I barely reach 1000cals. What should I do. I'm not purposely starving myself and I don't want to loose muscle mass and etc. please help! Thanks guys

Are you using a food scale? If not, you are probably eating more than you think. Try weighing your portions for a couple of weeks and make sure that's what you are really eating. 1,000 cals is not a lot of food at all.
Having said that, you don't need to eat a specific number of times a day. And if you are eating too little, you will be losing weight.0 -
Open your diary so people can see how you're eating and make some more constructive suggestions.
In very general terms.........you can do little things like adding a tablespoon of peanut butter to oatmeal (assuming you like and eat oatmeal) which also adds protein and fat improving satiety, snack on nuts & raisins (again protein, fat & carbs (1/3 cup almonds + 1/4 cup raisins will add up to almost 400 cal), avoid "low fat" alternatives - frequently sugar will be added (4 cal / gm) to flavour the product rather than fat (9 cal/gm - & dietary fat doesn't make you fat, you need it!)0 -
Ok my dairy is open.0
