Weight loss?

I am currently a size 12 and would like to drop a dress size. I'd like to lose weight and become toned. What's the best way without a gym membership for noticeable weight loss and definition?

    Eat in a calorie deficit. That means consume fewer calories than your body needs in order to maintain your current weight.

    Gym is definitely not required. Eat a caloric deficit, skip the trial and error and weigh all solid food, you'll thank yourself sooner than later.
