Just eat your normal diet/times. Meal timing is not a big factor unless you're in the less than 1% that have the rest of their diet and workout plan perfect.0

I take a protein bar with me when I go out with my running club - we run at 6pm, and I generally have a small snack beforehand and a proper dinner afterwards. But that means I'm eating dinner at 8pm, which is much later than I'm used to.
Some days I'm hungry right after the run, others not, and I'll eat the protein bar to tide me over till I get home, shower and warm up real food.
Some people want carbs, others protein. You can pretty much eat anything you like and just evaluate how you feel No need for special stuff.
