    All these negative comments she asked if anyone tried it or interested in trying, not snarky opinions. This is my first time coming on the boards. I hope this isnt a reflection of the community here.

    @piinkrevolver Don't worry, the thread will be deleted soon anyways. Diets that promote unhealthy eating habits like VLCD are removed from the boards. Support is not agreeing with people wanting to do diets that could damage their bodies.

    No snark here.

    I was in the military, and I've never heard of this besides on here. It's probably called a military diet because people probably used it before weigh-ins and tapes to meet your weight.

    All the fat bodies I ever knew just would flush their system and dehydrate themselves in order to make weight. None of them actually bothered to diet, or they wouldn't continue to be a fat body
