Kellogg's bran buds?

Does anyone eat this cereal? Do you like it? I see it has only 70-80 calories per serving and 13 grams of fiber, 3 protein. Thinking about doing this with 1/2 cup of skim milk with my eggs for breakfast.

I used to eat it in my hairshirt low fat high fibre days. It was a means to an end and ok, but wasn't your typical sweet cereal.0

I avoid it, since it's too crunchy and I have weak teeth that easily crack.
I'll go for the twig like fiber cereals more.
I am now weighing all cereal on my food scale.
I was eating 3/4 cup of bran cereal.
But when I weighed the serving size it came out to only 1/2 a cup.
Settling?
If you don't have a food scale, consider one.
It makes this place awesome.
Just about all stores have these.0 -
I like it, but not in a bowl with milk. I enjoy it as a yogurt topping. Another delicious (and kid-approved) way we like it is on bananas with peanut butter.0

I'm not a fan, and it may have artificial sweetener. The ingredients include "sugar/glucose-fructose" is. It may be HFCS renamed or some fake sugar.
I like shredded wheat. A little less fiber, but less ingredients. Much better tasting, especially with some fruit.0 -
I bought them yesterday and I have to say. They are good! I can see how you would like them in the yogurt. They're perfect for that.0

I eat it regularly. It makes a great parfait when layered with yogurt and fruit. I also like to mix PB2 into milk and eat it with that. Sometimes I just eat it dry as a snack.
It's not my favorite cereal but it is the only cereal I eat.0 -

JUST got it once it was pointed out as a joke.0 -
I have to admit. I keep reading this title as "brain buds"0

I love them but can't always find them. Most of our groceries don't have them. I do like them as a cereal with milk and a tsp of mini chocolate chips as my night time snack. Now you're making me want some...0

I add it to yogurt with blueberries etc to make sort of a parfait. By itself I've found it tastes like cardboard.
I don't know if you're on any meds but you should be aware that any of the really high fibre cereals and things like Metamucil can interfere with the absorption of some medications.0
