                    Ok so I plan on losing 14 lbs by April 7th my 29th birthday I have lost 7lbs in the past week so I no income achieve this any help be appreciated also any recipes that involve carrots,tomatoes.cucumber, brocoli,kale, lettuce and chicken, Salmon tuna, Jack potato.
