1200 calories a day works!

Remember to drink lots of water, it may be hard to drink at first but you get used to it and buying low calorie food and snacks in case you have that craving really helped me, I have lost 4 pounds since I started almost 2 weeks ago, exercising 3 times a week, 6 more pounds to go!
