Hello, I am Madison and I'm 23. I'm 5'5 and 174 pounds. I want to lose these new pounds that have appeared within the last year. I've tried so many things including almost all of the new diet trends on Facebook. I've even tried giving myself injections daily in the stomach with a diet. I was honestly contemplating iLipo a few days ago. I then realized that I should really give it 100 percent trying to do it the old fashion way. I've spent more money on different diets than I'd like to admit and I think I owe it to my body to genuinely work on my health along the way. I just discovered my thyroid and vitamin d are both low which could be a reason I never have any energy and always think I need substances. I'm going to do this, and I'm going to do this for me.

    Welcome to MFP :) meh, skip the diets....stick to calorie deficits and the weight will drop off. It simply works, no diet needed.... simple process... every day isn't easy but certainly worth it. :)
