Metal/Rock bands for weightlifting/running

Options
I'm looking for that kind of music that instantly turns you into a beast, making you lift more and run further/faster. Mind to share your top 5? Here's mine:

1 - Slipknot
2 - Bullet for my Valentine
3 - Avenged Sevenfold
4 - Three Days Grace
5 - Bring Me the Horizon

The gits, especially seafish Louisville album. Early nirvana. Gwar, I mean nothing is more rawr than ham on the bone. The faster clutch tunes. Radkey.

I find melodic power metal very good for running. Something like Rhapsody (of Fire). I find myself singing or playing air guitar instead of focusing on running, but a lot of time their rhythm is perfect for my stride

I listen to a lot of symphonic and gothic metal when lifting weights. Lately it's been a combination if Nightwish, Therion, Epica and Turisas.
