I've been really wanting to try the japanese whiskey that has been winning all the single malt awards, but the cocktail bars never have it, and I'll be damned if I pay $100-250 for a bottle that might not suit my fancy0

I was trying to get into craft beer with D buttt we just kinda stopped
He's annoying and un-cultural
So he just buys me my favorite cheap stuff
It was fun though when we did do it0 -
Nowadays I pretty much always only bother with craft beer. Like, I'd rather have one unique, better quality $8 beer than 3-4 cheap ones.0

It is a semi expensive hobby compared to buying gas station beers. I usually walk out of Total Wine with a $200 bill. I can drink that all in a week or make it last for 2 months. Not much worse than being into video games, and not nearly as bad as being into photography or automotives0 -

That's a great way of looking at it, expense-wise. I can't justify owning a vehicle at the moment considering the cost of maintenance, fuel, etc.

I used to draw a bit myself ..just fun stuff when younger....its a talent a really admire ..to look at something and be able to reproduce on canvas ..
