    I'm from California. I've been through DC, but this was my first time spending a lot of time there and doing all the touristy stuff

    I had mixed feelings about it. I did really like it. But it was sooo touristy :-/ Even all the bars we went too were so touristy. Also, the parking sucks. I'm used to *kitten* parking, since I've lived in Los Angeles...but DC was way worst.

    I'm not too into the olympics tbh (just the gymnastics :love:) but I do root for Phelps bc he is a University of Michigan alum like me :love:

    I usually enjoy watching the gymnastics, but haven't been watching much tv lately. Just listening to Pandora. I like the Ice skating too.
