    mmm pear cider is nice.

    Growing up we had a pear tree in our backyard and one storm it was split in half by lightning and my dad collect all the pears to make pear wine which ended up as cider...I was too young to enjoy it.

    I'd say it a milder taste than apple? I don't know how to describe it but it's nice

    Not many houses in AZ have basements, so sadly no. Would love to have a basement to work in. It would be a cooler environment to make brewing easier.

    I need a basement and someone to brew me pear cider. That sounds delicious right now! I've never tried brewing, but maybe one day. @GDLAZ or anyone else that does- how time consuming is it? How long does it take to make something that actually tastes good enough to drink?

    Yes, made all the bouquets, the ring bearer pillow, and decorated all the mason jars......

    Wearing a really pretty navy blue dress with white a collar. Will post some pics tomorrow :smile:
