    That might be it.. Pizza looks strange to me if it doesn't have a layer of cheese on top.

    I guess it depends... You can ask for the cheese to be on top...

    If you order deep dish.. yes.. cheese on top.. other.. sauce, cheese then toppings

    TBH.. Italians use slices/chunks of cheese instead of schreded..

    Sauce cheese and topping.

    Pizza as we know it isn't really co sidered pizza in Italy. I think they have strict standards

    I had an Italian neighbour who used to bring over pizza dough occasionally. He told me their way was not to fill the top with too much.. apparently I put far too many toppings on, I tried his way and admit I quite liked it.

    Italian pizza is a thinner crust too. I've a recipe for a thinner crust pizza. It's sooooo good. I should make it for Sunday I think

    I'll be making pizza Sunday too. Someone sent me over a huge bag of pepperoni that I have no idea what to do with it all.

    We have trusted traveller cards which makes security and immigration a breeze for travelling to the states.

    Our drivers license still good til 2020 for traveling.. but need that updated too.. 🤬

    They wanted my birth certificate.. I have one but doubt they will accept it . 🤬🤬🤬🤬
