Well i will try to make a picture and put on profile, not comfortable enough with my body to post it here

    And my stats:

99 kg, 195 cm tall. Bodyfat around 27-28%. Last time i measured with caliper was 2 weeks ago with same weight.
I want to cut down to 20% first (last time that was around 86 kg).
After that i will go for maintenance for about 4-5 months and probably going for a Stronglift workout again (had good results last time on gaining strenght)

I am not as strict with my diets, when it comes to macro's. For me a deficit is a deficit. Like what you are doing i don't think i have (currently) the willpower to do so

Sounds like a good plan. Just remember in terms of pure number loss, cals is what matters. In terms of what to lose, macros comes into place. While i am strict with my macros i am not strict with what i eat. My diary is open. Ull see spam, ice cream, chips, mcds, etc. as long as i hit my protein goals, carbs and fats are interchangeable as long as theres a deficit

Stronglifts is great. I started with that till i figured how silly it was lol. I just follow the primary lifts for SL and do my own after. My workouts are always listed so u can get an idea of what i do

Same here food wise.. not yet in macros level.. prob till I hit 200s or so.

I need to do my tkd excercises again after that..

    Hey people

So regarding Gus' question if the day I think common interests are important in friends. I also think being there for each other is good too. You check up on each other and show an interest in their accomplishments and failures. Most of my friends are from skating and we are always checking up on each other and we buy each other stuff when we see things that remind us of them. A bunch of us even went away and didn't fight so it must be true friendship.

honestly when it comes to food I really have no self control. the good thing is I am motivated to burn cals.

during this cut, I SHOULD be eating only around 1800 calories. but because im making it a habit to burn at least 1k in active calories, leaving my day total to around 2700, that bumps my cut calories to around 2300. I need my food. lol

Yeah. Don't blame ya.. hence I walk a lot lately burn some cal.. lol. So I can eat I want to eat.. lol

Well i get up every hour and go for a walk acroos the building as well, but that doesn't bring me to 5K in steps a day, i think. Because i do not have my phone with me to track that part

Should really get a fitbit or something to track it
You'd be surprised if you get a tracker.. walking adds up quick..

I typically just do 2 miles on the treadmill first thing in the morning.. the rest is my daily walk at the office . I catch up at home again if I need more steps to get 5 miles for the day.

Damn...it seems like everyone was having a real mfp like normal conversation...

It's actually interesting but seems like too much work...I know the end goal...but it seems to put a damper on enjoying life and making it more of a numbers game than living.

Well I'm here now so we can get back to nonsense....lol

My goal first and foremost is to be healthy...and to enjoy life. I don't need to meet a societal ideal of what is acceptable as far as body type. Not that there is anything wrong with that if that is what you want....just not for me. As long as I'm healthy....I'm good
