Don't they have elderly phones over there? I know there are special phones for people with dementia, parkinson/artritris over here

Well for a free day that is pretty early, altough i can relate, whenever i have a free day during what normally would be a workday (mon - fri) i wake up at around same time as my alarm clock would go off, aka 6 AM1 -
