    There isn't any specific amount of time...I do have a 30% weight restriction...still have pain, although minimal, I need to just watch how much time I spend on it

    For dinner(cooking now).. ox tail stew with peanut sauce.

    I cheat a little.. I buy prepackaged seasoning.. instead of buying each ingredients.. lol

    Just cook the tail until it soften in beef broth.. add peanut butter and vegies..
