    I haven't. I hate taking meds. But I will.

    So just over a year ago inhad a skating competition and had a bug. I took Advil cold meds and got through one skate the next day I felt worse. Hubs told me the pills have sruff in them that will give you a burst of energy but only once really. So I had to time it. Skating Indo on autopilot and was ok but then I found out I had walking pneumonia. Anyway long story to say I now try to take the meds more cause they do work

    They're doing snow removal because there's so much and they don't expect a thaw until mid March

    I typically just take DayQuil and NyQuil at night.. try to drink a lot of OJ and pineapple juice for coughing
