    One would wonder what you do at work to get almost 600 cals... hmm

    Walked 1.5miles first thing in the morning.. rest was walking the block at lunch.... + 250 steps every hour. 😉

    @lx1x BMR is good tool I use that too. Especially for maintenance (if I get there)
    of course you know it gets lower with your size. Best to shoot for the BMR of the weight you want to be

    Yeah .. I put in my current weight and such.. 😉
