    yep, pig liver and head parts with cornmeal. Comes in a block, slice it, and fry it. I like a livermush sammich with a fried egg and mustard. mmm!

    That's it! I don't have it a lot because it is so not good for you but a few times a year. My youngest daughter loves it. I didn't tell her what's in it or she would never eat it.

    Yes and I usually avoid lobster , I need to know how they were cooked because boiling them alive is insanely cruel
