Hello everyone! I am starving because my Mother decided to order out, just as I was about to grab something to eat; so I have to wait nearly an hour longer to eat. Oh well at least I didn't eat already, so I didn't waste any calories or food.0

It helps to keep going that's for sure. Progress was so slow starting and took forever. Now I'm stuck so I'm hoping my new cardio program will step things up!
Do you decrease your calories, as you lose weight? I reset my calorie goals, according to my current weight; every month.0 -

For the most part, I try not to consume; what I can't calculate but since my Mother ordered out & not from a chain, I have no idea; how many calories I am eating.0

I agree Tom.
Since I don't eat out and/or order in often, I just don't calculate my approximate weekly walks, to/from the grocery store & since I have my normal daily activities: Sedentary, it compensates well.0 -
