    So i haven't weighed myself bc I'm trying to give up the scale butttt...my pants are all too big and my friend that I met for dinner told me i look amazing and have lost weight since she saw me last month. Low carb is definitely working even though it's tough!

    Ive been under cals..but eating too much bread ..bloats me out and I get heartburn ....so got to tighten up my diet and get back to what I know makes me feel better..
    Jen winter is when I gain too..lots of hearty food ..
