hurt my back 3 weeks ago with poor form on deadlifts. sucks being tall sometimes. frustrating b/c it has severely limited my exercise options.0

I hired a trainer so I could get my form down when I was deadlifting. It was the one lift I was never comfortable enough to do..0

i started out with pretty low weight to get my form down, and most of the time i get it, but if i'm not concentrating on the right form my back bows up. i have to bend a lot to get down to the bar, and i really have to be paying attention.0

I think from growing up skating and constant try being fitted for dresses for that I have a pretty good idea of what suits me. I also went to modelling school in my teens so lots was talking about what looks good on different bodies0
