    Just remember that each doughnut is about 2-400kcals. That's an obscene amount for somethng that will fill you for all of 20 minutes.

    Was up at 4, my entire to do list is done plus added haircut, now it's a bath time, workout, clean house, 2md workout, bath again! Then foooood.

    I skated and now relaxing while the boy is home for lunch. After lunch i guess I will tackle the basement some more. It makes me want to vomit when I see all the crap there
