How many calories in Chinese takeaway ?
Specifically a beef curry & boiled rice
Also how many for takeaway chips

    I tend to find a supermarket ready meal that is similar and log it as 1.5 to 2.0 portions to account for the larger portions and perceived increased fat in take-away meals. For the chips, I'd log it as oven chips but then add 1tbsp of sunflower oil.

    Whatever you do, expect some water retention tomorrow.
