Interesting in weight training...

Hey everyone. I've lost over 50lbs over 2 years and im very interested in doing some weight training. I have a hangover belly that id love to pull in and tone up, bingo wings still flapping away and huge thighs

Ive been doing 21 day fix extreme with weight (1.5kgs) just added another 0.75kgs onto them. Hoping i can add more once i get use to these.

I'd love to see some photos of people progressions or if there is a link to another page with one that would be awesome. awesome i'd love to know if there is a youtube video or something i can buy to follow the programme?

Thanks in advance for you tips and tricks. I also have a open dairy. Havent been good lately but hoping to get that under controll again. I own lean in 15 book and pre order his next one for healthy meals :) love them

    Pick a worked out, proven lifting program. StrongLifts 5x5 is a pretty popular one that works for many people. Add in a little cardio and you will be golden.
