Individual or Small Batch Desserts

Looking for dessert ideas for Easter. There's just 3 adults, so I don't want to make an entire cake or dessert that serves 8, but I will if the recipe's good ;)

My brother is super picky, so most likely it will need to be a cheesecake (key lime), lava cake, coffee cake, tiramisu, etc.

Suggestions???

    Make chocolate or vanilla pudding and portion into dessert bowls. Crumble 1-2 oreos or a brownie over the top. Top with whipped cream.


    If brother is super picky maybe tell him to bring the dessert.
