looking for mfp friends (pcos, ibs, etc.)

Hi, I'd love to get to know others with similar health issues and share support.
Im not overweight but have have pcos. i started lowcarbing (well sort of, because i try to eat about 100g net carbs a day) a while ago to get my cycle back (because sometimes even b.c. pills don't help), then I began to notice my IBS symptoms were getting a little worse. So now I'm on this kinda strange semi low carb, low fodmap diet. Being on this diet alone is not easy, since most of my significant others are heavy drinkers. so I slip a lot... lol
I think having some friends on this app will help me stay on track, or get back on it even when i slip. If you're experiencing similar problems or just simply interested in sharing recipes and diaries, feel free to add me or leave a comment. I try to cook everyday using real food, and a lot of times my dishes are korean-fusion (I'm in Seoul).

    I have PCOS and a few other medical issues. Feel free to add me! That goes for anyone! I am looking to hopefully lose about 65lbs. My current weight is 215.7lbs... I am 5'6" and looking to get back to 150lbs.

    Hi I am also living in Seoul! I've been living here for 3 years and can speak Korean about intermediate level. My doctor also has me on a low carb diet~ I think I can strongly relate to the drinking problem too ㅋㅋㅋ 한국 사람들이 술 너무많이 마셔요 ㅋㅋ if you're still looking for a fitness friend feel free to add me!
