Droopy Booty and Need Advice

I need help! I just dont know what to do about my butt. Im working out, eating right and losing weight (a total of 43 pounds postpartum (2.5 months)). But it seems my butt is getting smaller, flatter, and droopier. I know the "squat challenges" dont work. What can I do to get a bigger, toned, and lifted buttox? I dont need cheats or quick fixes. If it will work, i dont care how hard i have to work to get there.

Weighted squats. Like real squats, in the weight room with a loaded barbell. They've done amazing things for my 41-year-old booty. I work Stronglifts 5X5s and have seen a crazy difference. You can check out the program and download the app at stronglifts.com.

I like it because it's only 45 minutes three times a week and I am still seeing great progress.

Check out a book called Strong Curves. It's all about the booty.

Barbell hip thrusts three times a week. And bodyweight, cable and band work between. <-- I'm flipping through Strong Curves now and they suggest, "use it or lose it".

"ATG" squats are good but can't beat barbell hip thrusts.

Strong curves, SL 5x5. Weighted exercises (squats, lunges, curtsy lunges, deadlifts, good mornings, hip thrusters, donky kicks, etc).

I can tell you what worked for me. Barefoot running!!! But you have to be completely barefoot because you work different muscles than when you wear shoes. I do trails, hills and pavement 15-20 miles a week for the past 3 years. I'm gonna be 42 this year and my behind has never been more toned, rounded and LIFTED in my entire life!!! I don't use photoshop in pix anymore because the profile of my *kitten* looks like half a lollipop. I don't know how else to describe it Lol! I wasn't even trying to get this way and I've NEVER done a single squat, it was all a result of barefoot running because that's the only exercise I do. You can find information online about technique, it's not easy and will take months if not years to master, but totally worth it. Another perk of barefoot running is it improves posture, which is essential for a lifted posterior. Hope this helps. I'm so excited for bikini season!!!
