What do you plan on making for Easter ? I'm still rumming through ideas

    My sister is hosting. She is soy intolerant. My brother is newly A1C @ 7 so he's watching EVERYTHING he eats.

    Turkey, pot roast, mashed sweet potatoes, salad, steamed veggies, focaccia bread, some special no soy rolls and cheesecake. The meats are grass fed organic raised by my sister. The veggies are all homegrown.

    I was looking forward to regular mashed potatoes. I'm craving them.

    My boyfriend and I discussed making peanut butter cookies (just peanut butter, sugar, and an egg) as a treat. If he's interested in celebrating just the two of us I think I might make steak, little potato company potatoes, and broccoli. Feta and apricots for starters, and possibly blackberry cobbler for dessert.

    I think I settled on Rosemary seasoned chicken, bakes with lemons and asparagus sticks . Roasted red potatoes in olive oil . Devilled Eggs is a must.

    We're going to a buffet brunch or dinner. But if I were to make dinner I'd make a prime rib roast with yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes and veggies of some sort.

    I have made Easter cookies and will make hot cross buns. My cookies are below
