new to it all

Yes, I am 40something and NEW to calorie counting, weight watching, exercising, and all that! I've always stayed at a decent weight, not going over 200 lbs was my only goal, but at the end of January I got sick, and it scared the sh*& out of me, and I'm even still worried about it. So here I am watching my weight, doing some exercise, mostly with Wii fit plus, along with my usual daily activities. April 11 is my stop smoking date, but I will not give up my Dr. Pepper. I've cut it down, way down, from 6-7 cans a day to one 20oz bottle, but I will allow myself an extra can for special occasions, (going to see a movie or eating out, which we don't do that often).
If you want to get to know me give me a shout and ask me some questions, I'll be honest if not to personal.
