Hey Everyone! My heaviest was 375 lbs and as of Tuesday I was down to 318!!! I still have a long, long, LONG way to go but I am starting to notice facial changes!

Love my Community and Support here at My Fitness Pal! I cannot wait until I break into the 200's again! :)
