new mom/Lack of motivation to complete home workouts

I have a 4 year old and I really dislike at-home workouts, but at this point in my life it's what I can get, so I try to do a little workout when my child is sleeping at night, and I also try to incorporate physical activity (bike riding with a trailer, walks, running around the yard) into our daily lives. I would much prefer to go somewhere, take classes, and workout with a buddy, but since we don't have the means to do that, I have to try to motivate myself with pictures of fit women and a written list of goals. :-) Motivation is hard for me, too. It's so much easier to watch Netflix on the couch. Good luck!0
