binged ate for 2 weeks at 2500-3800 cal a day

what is the damage I've done? i ate maintenance which is 1700, but the additional everyday was junk. had last binge today I'm at 1569 cal so far. should i eat dinner? tom i have to have cake cuz I'm celebrating bday plus its easter long weekend don't know what to do

    Let's assume your caloric average per day sits around 3,000.

    1,700x7 = 11,900
    3,000x7= 21,000

    21,000 - 11,900 = 9,100

    1lb of fat = 3,500 calories

    9,100/3,500 = 2.6

    So you've likely gained somewhere around 2.6lbs of excess fat, and if your food choices have been high in sodium, it will absolutely be more (water weight). Sudden caloric increase can also cause digestive issues, so probably expect to add more. So you've probably done somewhere around 5lbs of "damage", but you can undo it NOW if you gte control of your diet.

    You can't undo what has been done. Tomorrow is a new day. Learn from what happened and start again.

    Figure out why you are overeating and fix the problem at its source.

    I did the same - completely lost control for 3 weeks when I was not feeling well. Overeating and lack of exercise = a gain of 5.5lbs. Now back on track and this morning (15 days later) all the extra has gone. So don't worry , it's all behind you and just take one day at a time.

    A salad might do the trick with maybe half a chicken breast grilled with lime and cucumbers yum lol thats what im about to eat for dinner
