Embarrasing question about the restroom

So ok i went from eating nothing but fast food large combos and greasy foods too eating vegies and and salads and stuff so is it normal that im mot going to the restroom as much?

    Ha! Welcome to healthy eating!

    When my diet changed from eating... well, anything and everything NOT healthy, to eating whole grains, fruits, veggies, leans meats, healthy fats, etc., I think my body did a mild revolt and I may have avoided "making deposits" for 2-3 days. Now, I'm like an atomic clock. Right on schedule. Every. Day. Like. Clockwork.

    Your body will adjust. As you eat healthier and within your calorie limits, your body starts using most of the nutrients instead of processing tons of greasy junk that moves through you like, well... greasy junk.

    You'll be good! If you go for 4 or more days, you may want to get some pharmaceutical assistance, but I'm sure you'll be good soon!

    If you are eating a high fiber diet be sure you are also eating enough fat and drinking enough fluids.

    How much were you going and how much are you going now?

    It's normal to go less when you eat less.

    I used to go like 4-5 times a day and now ive gone once in 2 days

    If you "up" the fiber, you've got to "up" the water.
    Drink at least 6 glasses a day.

    I'm the same, I can tell the difference between weekdays (maybe 1x a day) and weekends (3-4 times) and it's all diet related. I notice specifically the more refined carbs I eat the more I have to go. Also pizza. Pizza is a guaranteed gastric mover for me.

    It's normal for it to slow down. On a no carb diet I was going once a week and it was not great.
