I know this is kinda dumb but I'm new so just bear with me.

Weight:123 Lbs
If I eat 1200 calories a day, workout for 45 minutes 5 days a week, how many pounds (do you think)i will lose by summer?

Since you have very little to lose maybe a half pound a week. Do the math from there.0

We're the same height, I'm 4lbs heavier. Spring just started, so lets say summer is 3 months away.
Lose a half pound a week will put you at roughly a 6 lb loss. I also eat a bit more than you, and have lose 6lbs since January 1.0 -
I know this isn't what you asked, but -- given your stats and previous posts -- have you considered that it might be time to focus less on the scale and more on body recomposition, if that's what you're after?
