Hi, I'm new to the site having just joined today and could do with a few friends on here. I'm not really here to lose A huge amount of weight, more focused on getting fit, healthy & strong and will be paying more attention to my measurements & the mirror than my scales. Anyone like minded and here for the same reasons please friend request me :-)
