Hey guys

Wondering if you could share some of your more basic protein pancake recipes & what you use to make yours the most fluffiest. Baking powder, soda, egg whites, etc?

Thanks:)

I have a pancake recipe that I altered to substitute flour for protein powder and it's pretty easy.

    1 C flour
    1/4 c (about a scoop's worth) protein powder (I use vanilla)
    1 C. Milk
    1 egg
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp oil
    1/4 tsp salt (optional).

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine and stir until wet. Makes about 8 pancakes. It comes to about 120-ish calories per pancake. This was a recipe my mom always made us growing up, just not with the protein powder. The original recipe was for 1 1/4 c flour, so you could just substitute the amount of protein powder that you wanted. I think it still needs some type of flour though, for the consistency of it.

These are my go to protein pancakes. I added the apple. You could omit it or use blueberries. Whatever you like. How much protein are you looking to get out of that meal?
