Hi there, I am currently cutting at the moment,I weigh 88kg in lb is 190 ish, my height is 5 ft 11. I was thinking of upping my protein requirement to 1 gram protein per lb bodyweight. My training is ibtense. I trained twice a day on Tuesday and Thursday in boxing plus gym 5-6 days a week.

How much of a deficit do you plan on having? That's very intense training for a cut and I wouldn't be surprised if you were to burn out quite quickly from that much training if it's a significant deficit.

Id aim for 1g per pound just so you can maintain lean body mass. Just because of your intense training. Glutamine or BCAAs might be recommendable.

Generally, 1.5-2.2g/kg will be sufficient (works out to about .8-1g /lb of lean body mass. Monitor intake over a 4 week period and make sure you aren't aggressively losing weight.
